My alarm didn't ring.

Check these, in this order:

• Risee has alarm permission — iOS Settings → Risee.
• The alarm’s switch is on in the Alarms tab.
• The phone was not in Low Power Mode with the app force-quit overnight.
• A Focus or Do Not Disturb schedule is not silencing it.
• The device has storage free.

Alarms are scheduled through Apple’s AlarmKit and ring from the lock screen, but no alarm app can promise a wake-up. Keep a backup alarm for anything critical.

The alarm rang but my clip didn't play.

The clip plays once Risee is in the foreground. Press Stop, then unlock the phone. If Face ID fails against a half-closed eye, Risee sends a follow-up notification about twenty-five seconds later — tapping it opens the wake screen and starts the audio. For that rescue to work, Risee needs notification permission.

My import didn't work.

If pasting a link failed, the fallback always works: save the video to your camera roll first, then import it from there inside Risee. Some services block link imports, and that is outside Risee’s control.

I want my subscription changed or cancelled.

iOS Settings → your name → Subscriptions. Refunds are handled by Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com — Risee cannot issue them. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.

I want my data gone.

There is no account to delete. In the app, Settings → Your data → Clear alarms & history removes your alarms, audio and history, and Settings → Your data → Export my data shows you everything stored. Deleting the app removes the rest.

Requirements.

iPhone, iOS 26 or later. Risee is not available on iPad or Android. iOS 26 is what Apple’s AlarmKit requires, and AlarmKit is what lets the alarm ring from the lock screen with the app closed.
